Terms of Service

1. What CabinCrewReady is

CabinCrewReady (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is an online preparation tool for airline cabin crew job interviews, available at cabincrewready.app. It provides practice interview questions, an application tracker, and AI-simulated mock interviews. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Not affiliated with any airline

CabinCrewReady is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated on behalf of any airline mentioned on the Service. Airline names are used only to describe which employer a set of practice materials is oriented toward. All airline trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. No guarantee of employment

The Service helps you practice. It does not and cannot guarantee that you will be invited to interview, pass any assessment, or receive a job offer. Hiring decisions are made solely by airlines and their recruiters.

4. AI-generated content

Mock interviews and coaching feedback are generated by an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude). AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or generic, and does not represent the actual views, policies, or interview practices of any airline. Question guidance is editorial content written for practice purposes. Use your own judgment; treat everything on the Service as preparation material, not professional careers advice.

The mock interview is for interview practice only. You agree not to use it to generate abusive or unlawful content or to attempt to repurpose it for anything other than cabin crew interview preparation. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the feature.

5. Accounts

You sign in with a password or a one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping your password and your email account secure, and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide a valid email address and to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial interview preparation.

6. Passes and billing

The free plan includes a limited set of questions and one AI mock interview session. Full access is sold as a time-limited pass: US$29 for 60 days or US$39 for 90 days, charged once through Stripe. A pass is not a subscription — it does not renew, we will not charge you again, and there is nothing to cancel. Access begins as soon as payment completes and ends automatically when the pass expires. Buying another pass while one is still running adds its days to the time you have left.

Passes are non-refundable. Access is immediate and the content is fully available from the first day, so we do not offer refunds once a pass has been issued. This does not affect any refund or cancellation right you have under the law of your country, which we will always honour — and you can always contact us about a billing mistake, such as being charged twice. Prices may change with advance notice; a change never applies to a pass you have already bought.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you type into the Service (application notes, interview answers). You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the Service — for example, sending your mock-interview answers to our AI provider to generate the recruiter’s reply.

8. Our content

The question bank, guidance text, design, and branding of the Service are our intellectual property. You may use them for your personal interview preparation. You may not scrape, resell, republish, or redistribute them.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users. If we terminate a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. If we make material changes to these Terms we will update this page and the date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
