Safety & scenario judgment
A passenger refuses to fasten their seatbelt during turbulence. Walk me through what you do.
Assessors want a calm escalation path: polite request, clear safety rationale, involve a colleague or the purser if it continues. They are listening for authority without hostility.
You notice a fellow crew member skip a step during the pre-flight check. What do you do?
